Unit ref · REFDomestic appliance repair · Singapore
INI Home Service repairs domestic electrical and electronic appliances across Singapore. We diagnose on site, quote before we work, and tell you honestly when a unit is past saving instead of selling you a repair that will not hold.
Diagnosis fee is waived when you proceed with the repair. Parts and labour quoted before anything is dismantled.

Symptom index
A rough guide, not a diagnosis. The same symptom has several possible causes — which is exactly why we test before quoting.
Burning smell, sparking or a unit that trips repeatedly — switch it off at the socket, stop using it, and call us before anything else.
How a callout runs
Most single-unit repairs finish in one visit. Where a part has to be ordered, we tell you the wait before you commit.
Call or message with the brand, model and what the unit is doing. A photo of the rating plate speeds things up.
We confirm a time window that suits you, including evenings and weekends, and give you an arrival call beforehand.
The technician tests supply, controls, motor and heating in front of you, then explains what has actually failed.
You get parts and labour in writing before any work starts. Approve it and most repairs are done the same visit.
We run a full cycle with you watching, clean up the work area, and note the warranty period on your invoice.
On the job
Add your own photos into the images folder. Shots of the opened unit, the failed part beside the new one, and the finished test cycle work best.
Parts & terms
Nothing here is a surprise on the invoice. If the numbers change because we find something else inside, we stop and ask you first.
